Photography Rates 2025

• Normal hourly rate - $125 per hour.

  (Normal hourly shoot rate includes all commercial photography).

• Daily shoot rate - 6 hours - $750.00

• Travel hour rate - $45.00 ph.

• Fuel rate - 0.95 cents per Km.

• Post editing / processing rate - $135.00 per hour.

  The Small Print

• A 30 minute minimum shoot fee applies to all shoots.

• Invoices are sent after completion of work being carried out and images being delivered via dropbox.

• Any invoices not paid by the 20th of the following month, will incur a daily unpaid fee of 0.8% of the invoice total, plus a $25.00 default fee to cover time spent chasing the payment. Unpaid & Default fees will be invoiced separately following payment and described as a late payment fee. Ref: Credit Contract and Consumer Finance Act (CCCFA) New Zealand. To avoid late payment fees, please let Richard know about any potential late payments.
